Air Water East Japan born by Air Water’s reorganization has announced to establish a gas filling company named “Yamanashi Gas Center” jointly with Chiyoda and Nomura Sangyo of local gas distributors in the Kanto District (both headquartered in Tokyo) within October to start operation from January 1 of next year.
　
In November 2019 the company (then Koshinetsu Air Water) built Yamanashi Factory having a production line of sterilizing gas and a filling line of general/medical gases at Mujina, Minami Alps City of Yamanashi Prefecture. The new company will operate the new plant as a joint venture with Chiyoda and Nomura Sangyo from now on.

The new company is invested 70% by Air Water East Japan, 15% by Chiyoda and 15% vy Nomura Sangyo.

Chiyoda is a gas distributor specialized in the medical business having a sales office in Yamanashi Prefecture, while Nomura Sangyo is a gas distributor handling high pressure gases, welding materials and machine tools with a sales office in Kofu City. Both companies havin been doing the gas business for more than 40 years in Yamanashi Prefecture.
