Taylor-Wharton Accelerates Tie-up with Plug Power
Taylor-Wharton America (headed by Eric Rottier, CEO) of cryogenic equipment manufacturer belonging to the Air Water Group plans to reinforce collaboration with Plug Power which manufactures fuel cells in the U.S, keeping an eye on the expanding demand for hydrogen as energy.
Plug Power is engaged in the development/manufacture of fuel cells for FC forklifts (FCFL) and is supplying hydrogen and the related supply system. In the U.S the introduction of FCFL is advancing, practically used in the huge warehouses of the global distribution giants like Amazon and Walmart.
Taylor-Wharton which supplies Plug Power with liquefied hydrogen tanks and tank trucks, has delivered more than 50 units of liquefied hydrogen tanks to Plug Power since 2018 when it was affiliated under the Air Water Group.
Taylor-Wharton is planning to step on further collaboration with Plug Power putting in sight the reinforcement of the existing production base in Houston, Texas, so that it may respond to the growing demand for LH2-related equipment. The company is prepared to support the establishment of FC supply chain which Plug Power is tackling.
