Air Water will issue a sustainable bond in June of this year for the first time to raise business funds for the contribution to solve environmental and social issues. The total amount will be JPY10 billion for a term of five years.

The funds raised by this bond are planned to be used for the acquisition of a farm stand run by a company named PLUS, the procurement of land and facility to construct an open innovation promotion site aiming to establish a global-scale composite medical business base (medical cluster) in Settsu-City, Osaka Prefecture and the capital investment related to the methane fermentation and biomass power generation in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture.
