On May 12, Air Water announced to change its new personnel of the top management and officers, with effect from June 28, appointing
Ryosuke Matsubayashi now executive managing director to be a representative director and president, COO (Chief Operating Officer).

In this personnel change of top management, the company is going to have five representative directors; Masahiro Toyoda, Chairman Emeritus and Representative Director, Chairman of the board directors, Kikuo Toyoda, Chairman and Representative Director, CEO, Kiyoshi Shirai, President and Representative Director, COO and Masato Machida, Representative Director Executive Vice President, Corporate Managing Officer.
Yasuo Imai, Vice Chairman, Assistant Chairman and Yuu Karato, Executive Vice President are going to retire from directors.

Mr. Matsubayashi of newly appointed representative director has been mainly working for the engineering division. In 2018 he took office as the director and president of Air Water America and engaged in the development of industrial gas and engineering business in North America. In the new two COO management system, Mr. Matubayashi in charge of the global and engineering fields will take office sharing roles with Mr. Shirai who is in charge mainly of the domestic business.
