AWI Revises All Prices of Industrial/Medical Gases effective July 15

Air Water announced to revise their prices of industrial and medical gases for deliveries from July 15. The markup of increases will range from 10 to 30% of the current prices.

The company has been seeking understanding of a partial passing on to price rise in the midst of the uprising electricity and logistics costs on account of the normalizing hike of energy costs and yen depreciation progresses.

However, as the cost hike affected by the environmental changes has turned out far beyond our self-help efforts, the company has come to announce the price revision again.

The applicable products for the price revision are all industrial and medical gases including air separation gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon and ELNACKS), carbon dioxide, dry ice, gaseous helium, rare gas, gaseous hydrogen, gaseous acetylene, standard gases, laser gases, ethylene oxide gas “DISIDE” and nitrous oxide. Both cylinder and liquid tank truck gas are applicable.

The company comments, “To maintain the stable supply it remains inevitable for us to revise the prices of our products.”
