Linx Consulting will hold “Linx Conference 2022” with a particular emphasis on the electronics market from October 17 through 21 (US time) at Wild Horse Pass in the State of Arizona, U.S.

　The conference will consist roughly of two parts. One is titled “The Surface Preparation and Cleaning Conference (SPCC)” regarding the surface treatment and cleaning of wafers on October 17 and 18. The other is titled “Electronic Specialty Gas Conference (ESGC) taking up topics regarding specialty gases on October 20 and 21.

On October 19 of the middle day, a theme will be taken up with a title of “Business Interface Conference” having something overlapping with both wet and dry processes.

The event which is usually held every year inviting many semiconductor manufacturers (e.g. Micron; Intel; Samsung Electornics),Equipment and parts manufacturers (e.g. Tokyo Electron; Applied Materials) and industrial gas suppliers (e.g. Linde; Air Liquide). Last year and the year before last, it was held online due to the Covid-19. However, the event of this year will return to the usual in-person conference style after two years.
