The Electronics Equipment Div. of Taiyo Nippon Sanso is proceeding to reinforce its production system of purifier at home and abroad.

At the beginning of this year TNSC completed the capacity reinforcing construction at Aizu Equipment Plant.

Taiyo Nippon Sanso Engineering Taiwan, Inc. has been proceeding to construct a new plant for planned completion in November of this year in order to double the output capacity.

Domestically, capital investments are made to build up semiconductor plants utilizing the subsidy of the government, while abroad large-scaled orders are rushing from East Asia. Regarding the production of purifying equipment too, a full-time operation is anticipated to continue until 2026. By means of reinforcing each of the production systems, TNSC intends to cope with the brisk demand.
About 140 units were sold in the purifier business in 2022 at the same level as the previous year. In the overseas market represented by Korea as top runner, large-flow purifiers were sold well.

Masayuki Inada overseas sales manager of Electronics Equipment Div. of TNSC’s Electronics Business Unit said, “Although overseas users tend to be inactive to invest in this term, there remain many outstanding orders for continual deliveries. The next wave will come probably when the rest of orders will have been shipped out.”

TNSC’s development of waste gas disposing business using hydrogen as fuel will become active at a full-fledged level.
　Regarding the waste gas treating equipment handled by the Electronics Equipment Div., a combustion system using hydrogen fuel is being developed at a regular level. The company puts in sight for the future to change the combustion-type burners which have been already introduced so that hydrogen specification can be used as fuel.
Hiroshi Tsushima chief of the Division said, “Hydrogen has such an efficient combustion property that it can be surely more cost-effective than the conventional fossil fuels when the price would be attained at the level targeted by the Government for 2030. Activities for marketing are on the way now.
For information, the aforementioned equipment business in 2022 seems to have been slightly increased compared tithe the previous year. Domestically, demands stayed strong in the fields of mainly Hercule Burner for power semiconductors like dry type, SiC or GaN in order to remove implantation.
