On September 24, Riken Keiki established a local affiliate in the name of RIKEN KEIKI (CHANGZHOU) ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY in China.

With regard to Riken Keiki’s business in China, the company has now its localized distributor which is named RIKEN KEIKI COMMERCIAL（SHANGHAI）which is engaged in the sales activities locally.

The investment at this time is intended to develop locally its production system of products for supply to the Chinese market anticipating the booming regional demand.

The new company was established jointly with Jian Wang who is a coordinator dealing with the documentation and procedures regarding the business advancement with plant, with the investment of 90% by Riken Keiki and 10% by Mr. Wang. In addition, the production facilities are planned to be built in a leased factory for a scheduled start of production in April 2025.
