Air Water Bellpearl Inc. is going to reinforce its product lineup of nitrogen PSA of energy-saving type which has been sold popularly since January 2010.

The product line to be reinforced is the NSP-type machine of nitrogen generator “Bellswing”. At present the company is selling four types having different capacities of compressor applied, with generating performance for a purity of 4N at 20m3/h (with compressing capacity at 11kw), 40m3/h (at 22kw),60m3/h (at 30kw) and 100m3/h (at 55kw).

In addition to these products, the company is going to launch another four types of machine which are compatible with four compressors of 7.5kw, 15kw, 45kw and 75kw respectively. The added items will be sold on a full scale probably in May.

Owing to employment of the latest type of MSC adsorber which uses Bellpearl of unique synthetic polymer material, the NSP-type machine has enabled to reduce one thirds of electric consumption in comparison with the conventional machines, extend intervals of maintenance by 1.5 times and save space at the highest level of the industry. The company also has accomplished growth in the business field of laser processing machines and electronic parts mounting in use of re-flow system.

According to the sales group of the company, more users are selecting the NSP-type machine because it contributes to reduction of running costs though requiring a little more expenses. During these several years the NSP-type machine has accounted for 30% of the nitrogen generators supplied by the company. The sales group is well motivated to stimulate a latent demand by means of enhancing the lineup.
