Mr. Sadao Fukao, chairman of Zenyoren (All Japan Federation of High-pressure Gas Welding Material Cooperatives) won the Medal of Blue Ribbon of 2012 spring award .

Born on February 24, 1951, Mr. Sadao Fukao (aged 61) graduated from Faculty of Business and Commerce of Keio University in 1973, and joined Tomoe Shokai Co., Ltd. as a director in November 1988. He has been taking office as the representative director of the company since June 2003.
