High-purity ammonia is used for liquid crystal panel and formation of nitride film of compound semiconductor (LED), and the demand for LED out of them is growing over the world for illumination or liquid crystal backlights. Particularly, the demand in the Chinese market is expanding for general illumination, landscape illumination or big screens.
The annual production capacity of the company in the three regions of Japan, Taiwan and China has reached 6000 tons with the enhancement at this time. The PR Office of SDK says, “High-purity semiconductor material gas is one of the important growth traction engines.
