Praxair announced that it would dissolve its Japanese affiliate and delegate its rare gas business, such as marketing and import of rare gas in Japan, to Tokyo Gas Chemicals.

According to the dissolve of Japanese affiliate, Yokohama Office of Praxair Surface Technologies will handle promotion of other products and technology, as well as overseas business of Praxair.
