Air Water acquired 51% of stock of Indian industrial gas company Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases as of October 22 this year.

Air Water is putting overseas business as one of drivers for its growth in the mid-term business plan. Especially in industrial gas business, it has been setting out to expand overseas business with full use of its own gas manufacturing technology including the small on-site plant VSU and gas application technology as well as its unique business model.

Ellenbarrie is based in Calcutta and is supplying liquefied gases and packaged gases mainly in the East part of India.
