“Taiyo Nippon Sanso reached an agreement with Samator and National Oxygen (NOX) to establish a joint venture company handling industrial gas in Java, Indonesia. Samator is the largest industrial gas company in Indonesia and NOX is a local affiliate company of Taiyo Nippon Sanso in Indonesia.

The joint venture company is expected to be established at the end of December, named as Samator Taiyo Nippon Sanso Indonesia with $6 million in capital putting up 33% by Taiyo Nippon Sanso, 17% by NOX, and 50% by Samator. The company will be involved in filling and selling business of helium, and procurement and selling of general industrial gases, standard gases, and mixed gases, as well as engineering and installation of equipment and pipes.”
