Air Liquide Japan and Air Water are requesting judicial proceedings from the Fair Trade Commission regarding the matter (May 26) of a price cartel made by separated gas producers and sellers. The round of judicial proceedings is set for November 15. For Air Liquide the proceedings will start at 11:00am and for Air Water at 2:00pm.
