Taiyo Nippon Sanso will transfer its Safe Delivery Source (SDS) and Vacuum Actuated Cylinder (VAC) businesses in global market except Japanese market to Advanced Technology Materials (ATMI).

Taiyo Nippon Sanso group has been selling exclusively worldwide market under the licensing agreement with ATMI through its wholly owned US company Matheson Tri-Gas since 1996.
