Major chemical company Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings will extend tender offer to acquire Taiyo Nippon Sanso (TNSC) in this year. The detail of the expansion of capital alliance between Mitsubishi Chemical and TNSC will be announced in the board meeting to be held today at TNSC.
