Taiyo Nippon Sanso (TNSC) and its Philippine affiliate INGASCO (president: Raymond M. Chu) were awarded the Supplier Excellence Award which is granted to the suppliers of Texas Instruments, one of the foremost semiconductor manufacturers of the US, and on May 22 a commendation ceremony for the award was held in Holiday Inn Clark, Clark City of the Philippines.

The Award is granted to only top 12 suppliers out of about 12,000 suppliers of Texas Instruments. TNSC and INGASCO have so far been supplying constantly specialty gases at reasonable prices to Texas Instruments. With the contribution recognized by TI, the two companies were listed as top-ranking suppliers in 2010.
