Taiyo Nippon Sanso (TNSC) announced that a tender offer for the common shares of the TNSC, which had been implemented by Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings from September 30, 2014, ended on November 5, 2014. As reported before, Taiyo Nippon Sanso has become a consolidated subsidiary of Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings.
