Top-seven gas companies attained positive free cash flow in 2nd quarter

The account settlements for the second quarter 2015 (ending March fiscal year) of the top-seven listed industrial gas companies have now been unveiled. All of the seven companies attained the positive result of their accumulated free cash flow (FCF), namely sales cash flow plus investment cash flow.

Regarding the end-term balance of cash and so on, Taiyo Nippon Sanso attained 36.613 billion yen up 17.9%, Iwatani 19.886 billion yen up 0.8%, Koike Sanso 7.56 billion yen up 0.5% and Sumitomo Seika Chemical 12.364 up 17.4% respectively over the same term of last year.

Air Water, on the other hand, marked 22.398 billion yen down 10.8%, Koatsu Gas Kogyo 13.614 billion yen down 6.8% and Toho Acetylene 4.236 billion yen down 1.7% respectively compared to the same term of last year.
