Kuki Seisakusho sold 4100 cylinder carts and record-breaking 80 units of new product in 2015

Kuki Seisakusho which undertakes and sells cylinder carts for medical equipment manufacturers sold about 4100 cylinder carts in 2015. Established in 1959 as a manufacturer of stainless steel equipment like visiting cars in hospitals, the company now engages dedicatedly in the production of cylinder carts and cylinder stands for medical use. Above all the major item of 500L cylinder carts sold about 3,000 units last year.

The cost of product has been successfully reduced by the full home-production system, and the color variation with six colors has created a characteristic use differently for each patients’ room and ward.
In addition, there is another feature in the flexible and quick-responding tailor-made production which takes advantage of the stainless steel technologies fostered for years. A creative idea was shown in the “Cylinder RackⅡ for Bed” launched into market at the beginning of last year, which employed a two-point affixing system to hook on the increasing board-type bed instead of the pipe system in the recent hospitals. The new product marked 80 units renewing the record of the first year performance.

President Haga commented about the future target saying, “Since the usage of our products is limited approximately, there is no other way than setting prices to add value. In the midst of the increasing price of raw materials, we intend to keep tackling for cost reduction. Along with the efforts, we would like to endeavor to develop a new product based on user’s demand for better business performance.”
