Showa Denko Gas Products will get underway as of January 1, 2012, and will start operation on the same day. Showa Denko announced on June, 2011, that they had decided to split and transfer its industrial gas business, in such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and dry ice, to Showa Tansan.
