On September 7, Itochu Enex Co., Ltd. (President: Kenji Okada, headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo) and Itochu Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. (President: Masatsugu Takashima, headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo) completed a filling station of industrial gases in Indonesia.

The two companies established an Indonesian affiliate named PT・ITC Enex Indonesia (PT.ENEX) in October 2015, which has been constructing its head office and filling facilities on the land of 4000m2 in Karawang Industrial Complex (KIIC) developed and managed by ITOCHU Corporation of Eastern Jakarta and the Sinar Mas group of business major. On September 7, it completed a factory building and company office of 800 m2 in total, and installed two tanks with a capacity of 20 tons each.

PT.ENEX as outlined below is going to make filling and sales activities from this base of various high-pressure gases like CO2 and O2 to the Japanese companies in and out of KIIC.
