MCC who specializes in internal processing and retesting of cylinders had examination by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) of the US Government and obtained its certification for DOT 3 Series dated March 10.

MCC has been making all-out efforts to obtain US DOT3 Series certification for pressure cylinder retesting since last year, and has been granted the certification with the recommendation of Arrowhead Industrial Services USA of agent.

The certificate number is (RIN) 1767, applied to the pressure test by means of water tank pressure-proof facilities. The DOT3 series consists of 3A, 3AA and 3AL, valid for five years.

Electronics specialty gas is now increasingly exported from Japan, and in many cases there are requirements for conformity to DOT in East Asian countries including Korea, Taiwan and China.
