The Servomex division of Spectris which domestically represents UK’s Servomex known as a total solution supplier for analyzers in the ASU application has made a remarkable achievement also in the field of Continuous Quality Control (CQC) of Ultra High Purity (UHP) gas for the semiconductor application. With the satisfactory business condition of the semiconductor industries in Korea and Taiwan, Spectris is enjoying increases in direct supplies to semiconductor foundries like Samsung Electronics and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSMC), while Spectris succeeded in supplying its own CQC system to Singaporean gas manufacturers like SOXAL or LEEDEN NOX. This time the company also got an order from the domestic major gas manufacturer.

Tomonori Kazama, Japan Sales Manager of Servomex Division analyzes saying, “There have been some cases abroad of packaging into a compact cubicle, the moisture meter DF700 of TLDS method or MONO EXACT310E of new ultra-trace oxygen analyzer and GC NANOCHROME for the high-sensitivity plasma process, which are highly evaluated also in Japan. (See photo) The reason of adoption seems to owe greatly to our integrated proposal of all Servomex package to the plural samples of gas background. Through our discussion with the well-experienced engineers, we could respond with an adequate care to the detailed requirements. Such well-cared responses must have brought us repeated orders for the requirements in such highly-growing countries as Singapore or China.”

He also said with enthusiasm, “We have so far got our analyzers evaluated in terms of individual product, but we would like to have an evaluation on our capability and accomplishment to propose a package of CQC. Furthermore, taking advantage of the order awarded from the domestic gas manufacturer, we wish to appeal to the users of UHP application bringing to front our proposal of total solution.”
