On March 13, Air Water resolved to designate Masahiro Toyoda (representative director and chairman assuming CEO) as honorary representative director and chairman assuming the chair of board of directors with effect from June 26, and also announced the appointment of new top management designating vice chairman Kikuo Toyoda as new representative director and chairman assuming CEO.
At the same time Air Water announced the personnel changes including the promotion of Yoshio Shiomi (managing director) to senior managing director and the reorganization of the company with effect from April 1.

　 Kikuo Toyoda, aged 71 born in 1948, graduated from Meijo University Faculty of Commerce and entered Daido Sanso in 1973. In 2003 he assumed directorship as general manager in charge of welfare and care business aiding the Medical Division of Daido Hoxan and then assumed the post of managing director in 2005, promoted to the senior director of Air Water in charge of its Medical Company in 2013, represented Air Water Tokyo as director and vice president of Air Water in April 2016, representative director and vice president in June 2016, took office of vice chairman to support the chairman and then has retained the post being responsible for the total management including personnel matters up to the present since 2018.

Yoshio Shiomi, aged 68 born in 1951, graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University in March 1974 and entered Daido Sanso in April 1974. In 2001 he assumed executive officer of Air Water in charge of industrial business division, managing officer and general manager of Kanto Branch in January 2004, assigned to Shin Nikka Air Water (managing director) in October 2004 and then also assumed offices of other group companies including Air Water Hydro and Air Water Carbonic. In April 2017 he was promoted to General Manager of Air Water Kinki Division and representative director of Kinki Air Water and has been assuming the post of managing director up to the present since June 2017.
