Air Liquide Japan Ltd. officially announced in November that it will be reorganized from the current corporate structure to a limited liability company with effect from January 1, 2020.

In the limited liability company each owner is a member with limited liabilities, and any corporate decision-making can be based on the consensus of all members of the company. In general, they say it enables quicker decision-making and corporate operation.
