Suzuki Shokan decided to cease the business activities of Suzusho (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. with effect from December 31, 2019 which had been engaged in distribution of chemicals as local subsidiary in Malaysia. The reorganization is intended to reinforce the profit-making structure by an effective management of the business. Concretely it has been decided to integrate part of its business into Hi-Tech Vacuum Service (M) Sdn. Bhd. which deals in the maintenance business of vacuum pumps in Malaysia.

The transfer procedures has already been completed, and Suzusho (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. will be closed. From now on Suzuki Shokan will develop various businesses with the vacuum pump maintenance as its core business in Malaysia.
