On April 27, Taiyo Nippon Sanso announced the executive appointments to be resolved in the coming Shareholders Meeting at the end of June and an informal appointment of representative director with effect from October 1.

As the president and representative director of the newly born Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (supervising the Group companies at home) Kenji Nagata (now senior managing executive officer) will be appointed to assume office from October 1. He will also be a director of Nippon Sanso Holdings.

Yujiro Ichihara president CEO of Taiyo Nippon Sanso will assume office as the president and representative director of Nippon Sanso Holdings and retire from the president of Taiyo Nissan Preparatory Split Promoting Company. It means Mr. Ichihara will represent the holding company and Mr. Nagata will be the top of Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation.

　As for the other directors and the auditors of Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation as of September 30 will continue to take office also in the Nippon Sanso Holdings.

In the executive appointments with effect from June 19 Toshihiko Hamada now president of Nissan Tanaka will assume office of vice president and representative director. Other personnel appointments of executive officers are shown below.
