On August 7, Air Water decided to transfer the onsite business for steelmakers to its affiliated Air Water Gas Products (AWGP) which is engaged in the operation, maintenance and cost management of industrial gas plants.  

Air Water has so far owned industrial gas plants as its holding assets and consigned the operation to AWGP, but now transfers the assets and the business revenues to AWGP.

The sales revenues for transfer amounts to ¥36.131 billion and the sum of assets accounts to ¥18.443 billion (FY2025 ending March). Air Water is now promoting unification of production, sales, logistic and maintenance. The transfer of assets is part of the unification.   

 In addition, regarding the onsite business for the semiconductor field, it will remain as it is.
